These manuscripts are unique items kept by the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Moreover, the reproductions of the Mogao cave paintings in Dunhuang, China, illustrating parables of the Lotus Sūtra are exposed in this exhibition.
