Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Meryem of Morocco was appointed UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador in July 2001, in light of her commitment to improve the conditions of children’s lives.
In her capacity as a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, H.R.H. Princess Lalla Meryem promotes the education of girls and underprivileged children through numerous conferences and events in Morocco and across the world.
