I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Helsinki in the faculty of Social Sciences. My research interest focuses on Universal Basic Income in sub-Saharan African countries. I mainly apply quantitative and microsimulation techniques to analyze the UBI's impact at the micro and macro levels. On the one hand, I examine its effects on poverty and inequality. On the other hand, I investigate its implications in tax revue and financial costs. I am also working as Research Assistant at United Nations University UNU-WIDER in the SOUTHMOD project.
