Chloe Teevan is Head of the Digital Economy and Governance work stream at the European Centre for Development Policy Management (ECDPM). Her research interests focus on the geopolitics of EU foreign and development policy, EU digital for Development policy and digital regional integration in Africa. She previously worked with the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), as an independent research consultant and in the non-profit sector in Cairo. Chloe holds a MA from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a BA from Trinity College Dublin.

He holds a joint Ph.D. in economics from the J.W. Goethe University of Frankfurt-am-Main and from Sapienza, and he is the recipient of the 2018 A.
