My work critically examines existing inclusion initiatives in the corporate and public sector, tackles deceptive corporate and political practices of different types of -washing, and advocates for an approach that tackles underlying structural factors that create inequalities. From a macro perspective, I critically examine paradigms of globalization, focusing on the meaningful participation of lesser developed countries, regions and localities in shaping their future by developing their own agency. I am also interested in inclusive development-oriented peace-building and the role of youth.
