We pursue research interests water sector with a focus on transboundary water governance. I have a Ph D in political geography from the University of Washington, Seattle with earlier degrees in engineering and planning. Over the past three years, I have been using human mobility data to study the effects of health policies around the United States with an interest in extending these analyses globally. Prior to that I have worked on the health impacts of insurance coverage across multiple domains and the consequences of health insurance benefit regulation for the labor market and health insurance markets.

I am a statistical engineer specializing in data collection with over 8 years of experience. Since 2017, I have been working at IPAR (Initiative prospective agricole et rurale), a think tank on public policy in the agricultural and rural sector in West Africa. I am a data collection specialist where I have conducted more than thirty surveys with a quantitative and qualitative approach related in particular to Agriculture, sanitation, food security, migration, youth employment, gender and AI. I have coordinated projects to set up data platforms and participated in studies on the SDGs. I started my career, in 2015, at CREA and then at ANSD.
