I am a University Fellow in Transdisciplinary, Human-Centred Design Innovation and Practice at the University of Salford Manchester. My research work has been identifying and mapping local communities' tacit knowledge and strategies which are not (or are poorly) documented in areas of health and well-being challenges. My work focusses on under-represented and disadvantaged groups. It helps to identify public policy and service gaps and has the potential to inform the development of more effective technologies and policies from the outset.
