Maarten IJzerman is Dean of Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management and Professor of Cancer Health Services Research in The Netherlands. He also is Professor in the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health and University of Melbourne Centre for Cancer Research in Australia. He is a member of the supervisory board of the Rotterdam Global Health institute (RGHi), a non-executive board member in the non-profit sector and he has served on the Australian Medical Services Advisory Committee and chaired the Dutch pharmacy-economic guidelines committee. Tina Magazzini is a political scientist based at the European University Institute where she is the main researcher for a H2020 project which explores different models of religious diversity governance around the world (http://grease.eui.eu/). Her research interests involve the tension between redistribution, recognition and representation; identity politics, and the relationship between majorities, minorities and states. Prior to joining the EUI she worked with international organizations such as the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO in the US, Guatemala, Hungary, Belgium, Spain and Zimbabwe. Tina holds a PhD in Human Rights and a MA in International Relations.
