Project Manager at VATER SEIN IN DER SCHWEIZ, a leading Swiss immigrant relief agency. Through our consultation, training and support projects, we provide assistance to hundreds of newcomers to Switzerland each year. We are four men and a woman from four different countries. “Vater sein in der Schweiz” was founded in 2009 as an association. The association has program advice: technical support, coaching, and assistance to help individuals and organizations.

I am a student in Social and Human Science. I have a strong interest in acquiring experience and knowledge in inclusive social development.

I am an inclusive education professional, with 30 years of experience in education - and since the Salamanca world conference (1994) I have been passionately involved in developing inclusion in the countries of the South but also in my native country Finland. My areas of expertise include policy and strategy development, school-based development, inclusive pedagogy, teacher education for inclusion, inclusive early childhood education environments. I have background as a teacher, special needs education teacher, and university lecturer - and I have worked many years with Ministries of Education in several African countries, as well as some years at UNESCO. Currently I am working as counsellor for education, at the Embassy of Finland, Addis Ababa.

Dr Dean Dudley is an Associate Professor (Health and Physical Education) in the Macquarie School of Education at Macquarie University. He is also an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Queensland and in the Center of Educational Measurement and Assessment at the University of Sydney. Dr Dudley is a 2012 Churchill Fellow and was an Expert Consultant for the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization’s Quality Physical Education Guidelines and an Independent Specialist in Health and Physical Education by UNESCO's International Bureau of Education.
