Dr Ritu Chandra, an Educationist and Academician is currently working as Principal, Institute of Education and Research, Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University. She has experience of teaching in school as well as Higher education along with administrative experience at various institutes in the field of Education. Her major area of research is Educational Psychology. She has been working on enhancing learning skills among students, the individual differences in behaviour, personality and intellect. Her expertise is in professional teacher training, Curriculum Development and enrichment, designing academic policies, assessment and evaluation etc. She has published a number of articles in the area of Educational Psychology, spiritual development and Value Education in various national & international journals.
