As per sustainable development goals it is to be ensured that free, equitable and quality, primary and secondary education reaches to all girls and boys with effective learning outcomes. The children are unable to attain minimum proficiency level in reading and mathematics. There is a major thrust on capacity building and teachers' training program to provide pre-service or in-service pedagogical training required for imparting effective education. Attainment of learning outcomes is possible only with effective teachers.
