Dr Arthur-Holmes is a partner, Evidence and Advocacy, Cocoa360 and Director of Yale-Cocoa360 Partnership where Shadrack Osei Frimpong and I lead research on the Cocoa360's Farm-For-Impact Model (FFI) with professors from Yale School of Public Health. He has published over 40 journal articles. His articles on artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM) seek to advocate for gender-sensitive on-site regulatory policies and safe working environments for women as well as provide empirical and policy analysis of resource governance in Africa.
