Introduction
Jordan is focused on Health Equity as premise for achieving Sustainable Population Health which is the ultimate indicator for Sustainable Development (SD). He points out that all policies have differential impacts on health of populations, which if not properly assessed and considered can lead to growing health inequalities, thus impede SD. He argues that inclusive policies should be a normative goal and Health in All Policies is the right approach for operationalizing policies and investments in all sectors.

Jordan identified and explained generative mechanisms for social impact and created the Average Health Status–Health Inequalities Matrix, a gold standard for assessing impacts on Population Health from policies, investments and business activities. Jordan pointed out that SDGs are interrelated and SDG#3 Good Health & Wellbeing is common denominator for all of them. The Matrix provides universal explanations & predictions and meets all forms of validity, thus facilitates design and evaluation of inclusive policies that work at any level and local context.
