Work experience in the Caribbean, Africa, Latin America and parts of Asia, on promoting environmental rights and democracy including a focus on the right of access to information, public participation and environmental justice. Special focus on support for environmental and land defenders and advocating for increasing civic space. I am currently Acting Director for the Environmental Democracy Practice in the Governance Center of Excellence at the World Resources Institute (WRI).
