Laura Turley supports the scientific and policy-facing work as a Senior Science-Policy Manager at the Geneva Water Hub, and facilitates exchanges and synergies across this interface. Her expertise lies in the operation of institutions and infrastructure in the context of water scarcity, and on the conditions required for collective action and equitable water allocation in local and transboundary settings. Prior to joining the Geneva Water Hub, Laura worked with the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) for over a decade. She has a PhD in environmental policy.

Dr. Ashwini Tiwari is an associate professor in the Urban Education Department at the University of Houston-Downtown, where he primarily teaches special education courses. Dr. Tiwari received his dual-title Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Comparative International Education from Penn State University and MA in Special Education from the University of Arizona. Before joining UHD, he held faculty positions at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). Additionally, Dr. Tiwari has worked as a special educator in an inner-city school district in Phoenix, Arizona; He holds certifications in K-12 Special Education areas with an endorsement in the Structured English Immersion. Dr. Tiwari's research is centered around "examining educational inequity issues with a focus on inclusive education in the comparative international contexts." His research findings have been published in many top-tier journals such as Teaching and Teacher Education, Educational Studies, Journal of Research in Special Educational Needs, and Asia Pacific Education Review. He regularly presents at the American Educational Research Association (AERA) and, Comparative and International Education Society (CIES) Conference.

Coordinator at Academy of Farsala, Athens, Greece. He is known as Abirlal Mukhopadhyay as a reputed author and researcher. Abirlal is the recipient of GITAM JRF for PhD in English (GITAM). He has three masters in English (BCC,BKU), Political Science (AMU), Social Work (Mizoram Univ.) and one P.G.D.E. -I by Research (BCU, UK)

Dr. Mia Sanati serves as a Research and Program Analyst for the Institute for Diversity and Inclusion in Emergency Management (I-DIEM) specializing in the intersection between public policy, emergency management and climate change, and inclusivity. Sanati maintains over 15 years of experience in political science, psychology, communication and research study design, data collection, and quantitative analysis. Sanati holds strong research interests in Artificial Intelligence and the representation of minorities in media. She received her PhD in Media and Public Affairs from Louisiana State University, and specializes in quantitative data analysis and support from the Institute’s data-driven research initiatives. She is particularly interested in the inclusion of women in this space and how disaster and risk information is communicated to marginalized communities and individuals.
