My line of research is in gender studies and I am working in the team for inclusion in my university.
We still have a long way to go in terms of inclusion in our country, but INTEC is one of the institutions that are committed to improving inclusive education for vulnerable people.

I work on transboundary water cooperation, sustainable hydropower development, flood management, and the water-energy-food nexus. I am currently involved in several international research projects on the sustainability of river deltas, water security in the ASEAN region, and sustainable hydropower development in Africa and Southeast Asia. Anil Duman is currently an Associate Professor at Central European University, Budapest. She has received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her broad research interests include political economy, industrial relations, welfare state policies, and redistribution. In her recent research, she has been specializing on the interrelations between labor market status and socio-economic inequalities. Her previous research focuses on analysis of skill formation, skill distribution, and their relation to individual policy preferences across countries and over time. She is also involved in research projects examining the transformation of social protection regimes in several transition countries.
