Vidyadhar is diversified professional. He founded LeadCap Trust which empowered more than 10 million youth between 2007 and 2012 and LeadCap Ventures which consults for national governments and international institutions like UN, World Economic Forum. He is a Curator of Global Shapers of the World Economic Forum and Fellow of UN and Ford Foundation. An alumnus of Thunderbird and Aegis, he shares board seats on institutions such as International Foundation for Sustainable Peace and Development, Harvard Business Review, Dalham Foundation. He is also a member of Principal Scientific Advisor’s Consultative Group, Mentor of Change, NITI Aayog and Ambassador of Jagriti Yatra

Vidyadhar is currently Co-founder and Vice President of Leadburg, a mobile based behavioural analytics platform for assessing and establishing people credentials. He is also Co-founder and Member of Board of Directors of LeadCap Ventures, a top 10 research and data analytics companies in India. He was nominated as Global Shaper by World Economic Forum in 2011 and received several awards including the International Finance Corporation Prize on tackling the world unemployment challenge.
Prabhudesai is a recipient of prestigious global fellowships from UN and Ford Foundation. He served as a member of Global Agenda Council on Youth Unemployment during 2012-14. He was a member of the task force on ‘Education for All’ at UNESCO. He is also an adviser on youth unemployment at Peach Child International (UK), Global Partnerships for SDGs in UN, Economists Without Borders (Australia) and jury panel member for The Global Teachers Prize and member of Young Leaders Council instituted by All India Management Association (AIMA). Prabhudesai is an alumnus of Thunderbird School of Global Management, IIT Delhi, Jamia Milia Islamia and Aegis School of Business.
