Introduction
Victor is a 17 year old social entrepreneur and founder of InnovaYouth (www.innovayouth.org/), a global education nonprofit that empowers young people to develop their skills in research, collaboration, and communication with the goal of promoting societal change. Since its founding, InnovaYouth has directly impacted over 10600 students in 15 states and 14 countries, with over 50 workshops and global summits on social responsibility, civic engagement, and Generation Z. Victor has been recognized by Tessy Ojo of the Princess Diana Award, Jackie Bezos of Bezos Family Foundation, Bill Drayton of Ashoka, and more. Besides his work in InnovaYouth, Victor also spearheads Coalesce For, a national civic initiative aimed to increase the young voter turnout for the 2020 election, and coordinates The Art of Living Health Ideas Festival in his local community. As a global change ambassador, he aims to promote peace and prosperity on Earth by working alongside like-minded individuals to make social impact.

As a key component of the California Senate Advisory Council, Victor continues to design policies that aid the senator in implementing new solutions to pressing issues of local communities. Victor has spoken at the Teen Vogue Summit, the UNICEF Annual Summit, the Aspen Ideas Festival, among other conferences. Victor has also been invited as a key speaker at the RoundGlass Wellbeing Summit in India, where he will be explaining the necessary innovative changes to education systems in the 21st century. He has been awarded as the National Ashoka Young Changemaker, National Bezos Scholar, Global Youth Awardee in Educational Leadership, and more for his work in expanding civic engagement access to youth across the world. His experiences as an International Baccalaureate diploma program candidate has prepared him to think globally and act locally. Additionally, Victor also serves on EarthEcho International's International Youth Leadership Council, where he leads the OurEcho Challenge, a nationwide STEM middle school project competition and also assists in the EarthEcho Water Challenge, an international program that builds awareness in protecting water resources by engaging citizens to conduct basic monitoring of their local waterbodies. His multitude of experiences has supported many nonprofit organizations in understanding the policies and initiatives that best empower young people to become community changemakers.
