Introduction
Tina Renier worked as a Data Coordinator to the Citizen Security Secretariat in the Ministry of National Security Jamaica and a former Consultant to Odem Companies. Tina holds a BSc in International Relations and a M.A. in International Development Studies. Tina hails from Hanover, Jamaica. She has held multi faceted roles in policy analysis, research coordination, consulting, guest lecturing in Canadian academia and anti money laundering investigations. In 2016, she represented Jamaica at the 2nd UNESCO/APCEIU Youth Leadership Conference on Global Citizenship Education in Busan, South Korea.
Expert
Tina Renier has published over thirty (30+) articles on global development, social justice, inclusive social and economic development to reduce inequalities among marginalized communities coupled with being a contact expert for radio interviews and conferences. She is an author and co-author of published books on cross-cutting thematic issues in global development. In 2024, she was selected as a Research Fellow for the Sustainable Leadership and Positive Peace Program where she conducted integrated policy analysis and research in support of the UN's sustainable development goals (SDGs).
