Throughout a myriad of roles, I am consistently involved in work that requires cross-cultural collaboration at a variety of levels. Through interactions with faculty, students, parents, institutional partners, consultants, administrators, and government officials, I draw upon a solid foundation in intercultural negotiations, cross-cultural collaboration, program management, and international communication, resulting in the development and implementation of innovative programs, sustained partnerships, and rigorous courses. Throughout my twenty-five years in international higher education, I managed dozens of study abroad programs and institutional collaborations worldwide, taught overseas, and developed courses at private and public institutions of higher education. My respect for the importance of culture is integral to my work.
