Dr. McKay is a sociologist and assistant professor of Medicine, Health, and Society with a secondary appointment in Health Policy at Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is also an Associate Director of the Vanderbilt University LGBTQ+ Policy Lab.
