Introduction
Rui Dang, PhD, FRSA, is an an academician and innovative leader in Economics, health care and climate policy advisory in a global perspective. He is the program director for the Postgraduate Diploma/MSc program in Applied Health Economics (online). He has also served as a guest professor in demographic economics . He is a fellow of the RSA – the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturing, and Commerce. He is also a member of the OECD Forum Network, World Economic Forum, and Chatham House.

I possess extensive expertise in health economics, public health, climate change, policy and public policy monitoring and evaluation, underpinned by a diverse academic and professional background across multiple countries and institutions. I am also actively engaged in scientific advisory roles and scholarly recognition, serving as an invited expert for the World Health Organization, a network member for the Climate Education Initiative of the European Commission, a member of the scientific advisory committee of the European Health Management Association.
