I have spent many years in the civil society sector managing an NGO in Barbados focusing on Cultural, economic, and social development in communities in Barbados and across the Caribbean region. Undertook several consultancies in marginalized communities in OECS through the UN system contributing to program and policy development. Spent 14 years as a Special Advisor to Barbados' first Minister of Social Transformation contributing to government policy and program development. I have also done several consultancies, research projects, and written papers for the Caribbean Policy Development Centre. I now work in the Office of Reparations and Economic Enfranchisement, Prime Minister Office Barbados, and Chairs Governments Intangible Cultural Heritage Committee.
