Phillip Arceneaux research the topics of political public relations and public diplomacy, with interests in international law, technology policy, and cybersecurity. My work merges political communication and technology policy to develop public policy solutions to issues posed by digital communication infrastructure, such as disinformation, computational propaganda, and influence operations. I have worked with agencies across the US government as well as the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace's Partnership on Countering Influence Operations and the Institut de Diplomatie.
