Osman Gazi Güçlütürk graduated from Galatasaray University, Faculty of Law in 2014. Subsequently, he obtained his M.A. from Ankara University, LL.M. from LSE as a Jean Monnet Scholar, and MJur from the University of Oxford, in respective order. After working as a researcher at the University of Birmingham on the regulation of Blockchain-based systems, Dr. Güçlütürk returned to Turkey and commenced pursuing his Ph.D. His studies are supported by the Turkish Council of Higher Education under the 100/2000 Programme in the field of IT Law. He recently obtained his Ph.D. in Law from Galatasaray University with his thesis on the lawful use of data in machine learning applications. Dr. Güçlütürk is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Bogazici University, Faculty of Law.
