Introduction
Dr. Noémi Nagy is an assistant professor at the USF College of Education, Department of Leadership, Policy, and Lifelong Learning. Her research program focuses on diversity, equity and inclusion at the workplace, lifelong career development, and positive organizational psychology. She applies an interdisciplinary lens, integrating knowledge from business, psychology, behavioral economics, sociology, and education. Her research has a global frame of reference and centers around sustainable career development in an aging and increasingly diverse workforce.
Expert
Dr Nagy received her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and her CAS in University Teaching from the University of Bern, Switzerland, her M.Sc. in Social and Economic Psychology from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. She was Principal Investigator of two Swiss National Science research grants, a finalist for two Academy of Management Best Paper Awards, and currently a Representative-at-Large of the Academy of Management’s Careers Division. Her work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, and Developmental Science.
