I have extensive experience in conducting program evaluations, especially family-centered interventions designed to keep famlies intact and to promote reunification and permanency for childre in out-of-home placement. I have also conducted many studies of the human services workforce, and have a particular interest in the role of supervisors in retaining a quality workforce. Most recently I have developed expertise in asynchronous online learning, with the goal of creating new methods of teaching and expanding educational access to diverse populations.
