Expert
I have worked since 2015 on research in conflict and development, particularly on questions related to peace-building, post-conflict transitions, exposure to violence, and the dynamics of armed conflicts. I have published numerous peer-reviewed articles on these topics, mostly in the context of Latin America where I have conducted quantitative and qualitative data collection.
I also have significant experience and interest in the monitoring and evaluation of development programs. To date, I have worked on a performance evaluation of Colombia's Land and Rural Development Program (USAID), The PNPM Generasi program in Indonesia (World Bank), the MPP Program in Guatemala, and the evaluation of an intervention on youth civic engagement in Ethiopia (USAID).
