Introduction
My research focuses on policy impacts on inequality. I consider how, for example, work-family policies can reduce gender inequalities in poverty rates, wages, and women's employment. Other research explores how policies are related to women's migration. I also study how policies can be used to mitigate bias against STEM women/faculty of color in faculty positions. My research also explores how race and gender impact the experiences of retail workers.
