I’m a mixed methods researcher, social scientist and evaluation practitioner with nearly 20 years of global experience. I lead innovative, high-quality research and evaluation programs and that build our collective understanding of immigration trends and outcomes, social inclusion and community resilience. My current role as Senior Manager, Social Research with the Scanlon Foundation Research Institute focuses on immigration, refugee resettlement, multiculturalism, antiracism and wider social cohesion. I have a particular interest in inclusive policies for recent migrants and refugees.
