I am the Director of the Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance at the University of Cape Town. Prior to this I worked in the Government of South Africa for over 20 years as a trade negotiator. My research interests are related to global governance, international political economy, economic development and regional integration in Africa. I am also keen to learn from other researchers about building and strengthening Implementation capacity of developing country states.
