Liz Killen is a doctoral researcher with the University of Cambridge in the Faculty of Education. Her research focuses on the links between income and educational outcomes, with an emphasis on quantitative techniques including modelling. She completed her Masters at Imperial College London and BEng at the University of New South Wales. Prior to moving to Cambridge, Liz worked with the Government Office for Science in London. She currently serves on the BERA Risk Assessment and Audit Committee, and works as a Senior Policy Analyst for the Policy Links Unit at IfM Engage, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the University of Cambridge, on technology and innovation policy.
