As a consultant on digital transformation for resilient and inclusive social protection and health systems within the Social Protection and Health Division (SCL/SPH), I designed a shock-responsive social protection program on climate-affected communities and supervised technical operations for the digital transformation of the health sector and the quality improvement of social protection systems in Latin America and the Caribbean.
