Introduction
I am Professor of Youth, Migration and Social Justice in the School of Social Work & Social Policy at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, UK. My research interests are in the areas of social justice and inequalities, with a focus on children and young people's education, participation in society and equal opportunities. I am currently working on a research project on the impact of the pandemic on young EU nationals living in the UK. Previously, I led an ESRC-funded project which looked at issues of identity, citizenship and belonging among Central and Eastern European young people in the UK in light of Brexit and its impact on EU nationals' rights.
