Dr. Brian Moss is a Lecturer in Criminology. He has over fifteen years' industry experience in policy formulation and research in the areas of socio-economic and policing issues, collaborating with agencies in the British Isles and the EU on these topics. Dr. Moss has lectured at universities in Ireland and the UK on policing and its oversight, crime and technology, terrorism, penology, police pluralisation, and research methods. His research has been published in academic, practitioner and public-facing publications. He has also acted as a reviewer for three peer-review journals.
