My research agenda has focused on the design, implementation and evaluation of interventions that promote the development of human capital, broadly understood as the set of conditions, knowledge and skills that allow a person to maximize their productivity and well-being. I am interested in understanding the impact of adverse childhood experiences -such as exposure to violence and forced displacement-, collaborating in the design and evaluation of interventions that mitigate this impact, and finally identifying and promoting the adoption of practices that improve wellbeing.
