For the past seven years, the human rights issues of interstate migrant workers have been constantly intervening. In 14 districts of Kerala, more than one lakh inter-state migrant workers are being interviewed and information is being collected. In addition to migration, studies are conducted on citizenship, alienation, gender and human rights. Worked as the coordinator of the first inter-state migrant workers' workshop organized in Kerala. Wrote several policy articles.
