Qixin Cai is a Ph.D. researcher at Renmin University of China and University of Pennsylvania. He received his M.P.A. from University of Macau, Macao SAR, China. He previously held administrative, teaching, and research appointments at University of Macau. He concentrates on both public administration and social policy, and his current research applies interdisciplinary methods to explain many forms of population aging and health for policymakers. He has worked closely with Chinese government agencies, academic institutions, and nonprofit organizations.
