I am a cross-cultural social psychologist, working as an Assistant Professor (PhD) at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. I mainly investigate majority members' acculturation towards cultures endorsed by ethnic minority members and experienced in shared societies. For example, what happens to white English nationals who prefer an integration strategy towards other cultures in a diversifying English society? I am also a board member of SIETAR UK (SUK), a founder of the RAAS project (which supports volunteers who work with refugees), and co-leader of the SIG Migration group at SIETAR Europa.

In short, I am keen to extend our perspectives in policies from immigrants, ppl who seek asylum and refugees to the receiving society and its members and their integration process.
