Introduction
KWAN Yat Shing Henry is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health. His industry insights have appeared in Connecting Ideas (United Nations University), The Regulatory Review (University of Pennsylvania), and Global Policy (Durham University). His views have been cited by ANVISA (Brazil) and also in Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal (Elsevier). As a consultant, he advises on ESG, public policy, and business development. He completed the Sustainable Development Law and Policy Certificate Programs with the CISDL and University of Cambridge on full scholarship.
