Introduction
KWAN Yat Shing Henry is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health. His industry insights were published in Connecting Ideas (United Nations University), The Regulatory Review (UPenn), LUC Public Interest Law Reporter, and Global Policy (Durham University). His views have been cited by ANVISA (Brazil) and also in Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal (Elsevier). As a consultant, he advises on ESG, public policy, and business development. He completed the Sustainable Development Law and Policy Certificate Programs with the CISDL and University of Cambridge on full scholarship.

Henry Yat-Shing Kwan has more than two decades of solid commercial and public policy experience. He has developed vast expertise in corporate governance, ESG, public policy, global health, SDGs, health policy response, corporate strategy, and business growth. In 2023, he became a member of the Wisconsin Public Health Research Network housed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
