Philip is a Professor in Economics with research interest in energy, environmental and development economics. Currently lectures at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Research Fellow at the Centre of Excellence in Public Utility Regulation, Accra-Ghana. Philip is affiliated with international research group such as the Environment for Development (EfD) where he double up as a Senior Research Fellow and Steering Committee member for the Sustainable Energy Transition Initiative (SETI) at Duke University. He has over 80 research works in top-tier journals.
