Lakshmi enjoys driving a high-performance culture, by ideas, and has an active interest in education, gender, climate and sustainable livelihoods. An electrical engineer and an MBA from IIM-Bangalore, Lakshmi serves on the Consultative Council of Akshayapatra Foundation
