As an academician of gender equality sector, I have been working as Professor of Women and Gender Studies, University of Dhaka. I have founded a NGO and research center named Center for Men and Masculinities Studies with an aim to incorporate men and masculinities in the process of establishment of gender equality. Along with academic research papers i have been the lead researcher and director of running one of a kind masculinities related country wide campaign like BraveMen Campaign since 2012.
