I am an academic, researcher and Higher Education manager currently associated with Beaconhouse National University, Lahore, Pakistan. I have earned graduate degrees in Computer Science and Development Studies and a graduate credential in Data Economics & Development Policy from J-PAL, MIT, USA. My research interests include evidence-based policymaking, cultural and creative industries and entrepreneurship. I am 2012 Fellow of the International Visitor Leadership Program by the US State Department. I have done consultancy and advocacy programs with the World Bank Group, CKU, GIZ & UNESCO.
