I am a senior research fellow on agriculture and rural development at the Center for Policy Research and Outreach at Westminister International University in Tashkent. I have over 25 years of experience in various countries in agriculture development, policy analysis, project management, and resource management. My research interest focuses on rural development topics including value chain analysis, gender and youth issues, migration, and extension.
