César Mantilla is an Associate Professor in the Economics Department at Universidad del Rosario. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Universidad de los Andes and he was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study in Toulouse (IAST). He is interested in the design and adaptation of incentivized measurement paradigms from Experimental Economics to problems grounded in Environmental, Development and Health Economics that are related to different forms of human interaction including cooperation, competition, and bargaining.
