Sam Rany is currently the Vice-Rector of the National University of Battambang (NUBB), which is a public university located in the northwest of Cambodia; he joined the NUBB in 2008. He earned a Ph.D. in Education from the School of Educational Studies, University of Science Malaysia (USM) in 2016. He obtained a Diploma in Public Administration, Leadership and Innovation Programs from the Royal School of Administration, Cambodia in 2017 and 2022 respectively. He graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Law (LL.B & LL.M) at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), Cambodia.
