Kristina Arakelyan is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She currently works on social services programs at the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA). Prior to joining HRA, Kristina worked in the non-profit and public sectors on human trafficking, labor, and domestic violence policies and programs. She holds an A.B. in Philosophy from Harvard College, an M.A. in European & Russian Studies from Yale University, an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford, and an MPH from the University of Edinburgh.
