Louis Volante (PhD) is a Professor of Education Governance at Brock University and a Professorial Fellow at UNU-MERIT, Maastricht Graduate School of Governance. His extensive publication record has included collaborations with over 150 academics, profiling 30 education systems around the world. A frequent invited speaker, he is also a consultant and policy advisor for International Organisations as well as regional and national governments interested in large-scale educational reform.
