Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Healthcare Management with research interests and expertise in organisational & institutional issues in healthcare; public sector policy making; and professions/professionalisation/leadership and/or management by/for/of professionals, notably within the medical profession.

I am the Deputy Director (and tutor) for the MSc Healthcare Leadership (commissioned by the NHS Leadership Academy as the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme); a leadership and organisation change expert, with operational & strategic experience of public sector change, as well as academic expertise in health economics, health care management and health care leadership. I hold accreditations as a facilitator of the ExperienceChange™ simulation, the Oshry™ Organization Workshop and the NHS Leadership Academy's Healthcare Leadership Model 360.
I was awarded my PhD in Business and Management from the University of Manchester (UK) in 2016. I also have MSc’s in Health Economics (University of York, UK) and Health Care Management (University of Birmingham, UK) and a first degree in Economics (University of Nottingham, UK).
